For over 20 years, JR has straddled the worlds of local church ministry and the theological formation of Christian leaders. Having co-founded and served as National Director of Missio Alliance for over 8 years, JR now shares two roles with his wife, Amy. Together, they serve as Co-Lead Pastors of First Church of the Resurrection, a historic church in Canton, OH and Co-Directors of Missional Innovation for Churches for the Sake of Others, the Anglican diocese to which they belong. JR has a DMiss from Fuller Theological Seminary focused on issues of missional ecclesiology and is a novitiate The Order of the Common Life, a new monastic religious order.
