Building Healthy Rhythms is a guided 4-week email course for designing intentional daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal practices.

Perhaps you're familiar with a trellis. It's a simple structure — a framework designed to support growth. The vine doesn't grow because of the trellis. But without something to hold on to, it can't reach where it's going.

This self-paced course will help you build your own trellis -- repeating habits and practices to become the person you hope to be.

You have rhythms already. They shape you whether you've thought about them or not. This course will help you think intentionally about those rhythms.

Building Healthy Rhythms will help you step back from the day-to-day and look honestly at the patterns already in place. You'll be invited to reflect on what you hope your life looks like — and then begin designing the practices that move you toward the most healthy and growing version of who you are.
